Athafnasvæði
Nýtt 52 lóða athafnasvæði hefur verið skipulagt við Sólheimaveg, rétt suður af Borg. Þar er gert ráð fyrir hreinlegum léttum iðnaði og ýmiss konar rekstri. Uppbyggingu svæðisins verður skipt upp í áfanga, til að stuðla að hagkvæmni og heildaryfirbragði byggðarinnar.
Nýja athafnasvæðið felur í sér mikil tækifæri fyrir framtakssamt fólk sem vill láta verkin tala, bæði núverandi íbúa og atvinnurekendur framtíðarinnar.
Á svæðinu er rafmagn, hitaveita, vatnsveita og ljósleiðari. Fráveita er á höndum lóðarhafa með rotþró.

Á svæðinu eru ýmsir möguleikar til atvinnureksturs, í næsta nágrenni við ört stækkandi byggðakjarna á Borg í Grímsnes- og Grafningshreppi og í miðri stærstu frístundahúsabyggð landsins.
